fresh rosemary suggestions
My boss just brought in a bunch of fresh rosemary sprigs. What is everyones favorite way to use it?
I am thinking of chopping and tossing with chopped potatoes, oil, salt & pepper, then baking. I had planned to have tilapia tonight for dinner, any way to incorporate the rosemary with the fish?
Re: fresh rosemary suggestions
Rosemary & fish is not a great combination, imo.
But the fish will be great with rosemary & garlic roasted potatoes as a side.
It's great as a cocktail sprig or in lemonade.
It's amazing on chicken and lamb.
It's also used in chicken cacciatore.
Yeah that's right my name's Yauch!
This is such a great one pot meal with lots of fresh rosemary! I made it earlier this month and I can't wait to make it again!

I agree with pp about fish and rosemary not going well together but it compliments beef and chicken both wonderfully!
Also, I have made potatoes that way and they are wonderful!
I love it in these chicken burgers.
This was a good soup, but make sure you use good quality feta.
This pork tenderloin is so insanely good.

I use it in my bacon cheddar quiche with scallions
Rosemary shortbread cookies-- sounds weird but it's SO good.
This was one of our favorite things we made last summer - Grilled Halloumi with Rosemary-Grape-Walnut Relish & Garlic Bread
You could also use it in a Focaccia bread.
Or on the topic of fish + rosemary. This was a good recipe from Cooking Light - Halibut & Cannellini Beans in Tomato-Rosemary Broth
