I'm thinking marinated chicken either grilled or baked with flavored rice and broccoli.
Rubes is sick and been up all night so I'm exhausted at this point. By the time I get to dinner it may be PBJ all around!
I've mostly had luck from Pinterest recipes, except one! Good luck! I think I've seen those and they looked delicious!
Grilled lemon-garlic pork chops and asparagus salad
Chicken Parmesan Bake
I found it from Pinterest and giving it a try. It's in the oven right now and smells really good at least
Well, I was going to make pecan crusted chicken but since I have peanuts and not pecans I'm going to try this.

We went to a strawberry farm yesterday so I'm also making a spinach salad with strawberries and goatcheese.
Before leaving for work this morning I started a crockpot meal consisting of two frozen chicken breast, 1 pkg of cream cheese, 1 can of cream of mushroom, some pieces of chip beef, and a lil' water. I added mac&cheese, corn, and sis shuberts rolls for sides. It was pretty quick, easy and def heavy.
For dessert: layered chocolate raspberry cheesecake that I spent 1+ hour of prep and clean up on last night. It was worth it b/c it turned out great and is delicious but I may not tackle making it again.
