I've heard of Ebay having a good selection.

I also have heard that costco gets them in stock at their stores every now and then. I haven't researched myself yet though.

I recently bought all of our hardware for the house off of ebay.  The seller was cabinethardwareaccents.  They were about a third of the price of lowes of home depot and had exactly what I wanted (including free shipping).  Hope this helps!

ETA: I bought 36 football shaped knobs and 17 cup pulls in ORB for $84.31.  Also I just looked and is seems like he charges for shipping now.

I was surprisingly happy with the ones I ordered from Target, they don't look much different than the Restoration Hardware ones we have.
