Any suggestions for removing wallpaper that has been painted over.
Any help would be greatly appreciated....I have tried using one of those scorer things and spraying with DIF and it does nothing. Thanks.

Wallpaper alone is terrible to get off. That sounds awful.

We had to remove four layers of wallpaper. This fabric softenener trick worked for us. We had to really saturate the wall paper and it only removed one layer at a time.
If the walls are plaster, it can be scraped off with a razor blade scraper:
