Her sister was bi-polar and that upset her because she was getting attention for that.

She and her sister were both bipolar, but she was stage 1 and her sister was type 2, which is soooo much less severe ( even though in terms of classification the opposite is true) or something like that. I know pretty much nothing about psych dx, so I might be mixing up which is textbook worse.
