Could you give up your cell for good? If we had a land line, yes. I use it to text more than anything and I could easily give that up if necessary. As it is, my line only costs up like $15/month, so it's cheaper than a land line with long distance.

What is the wallpaper on your cell? Chevron pattern in purple, orange and pink with the April calendar. I try to have a monthly calendar on my lock screen and then the same graphic without the calendar on the home screen on my iPhone. For my work blackberry I have a picture of our two dogs.
Would you rather send a text or make a call? Text, I hate talking on a cell phone unless I'm on a headset.
Would you rather receive a text or receive a call? Texting, I also will email sometimes instead of calling people back.
Could you give up your cell for good? No, I have a work blackberry and an iPhone for personal use. The week we went on a cruise I didn't have either and it was SUCH a mess trying to get everyone in the same place at the same time! I was so excited when we pulled into St. Thomas and I could use my phone again!
