Work Pet Peeve
If send you a calendar invite where you are an "optional" attendee (and I also call this out in the invite itself in case you are one of those people who forgets to look at that) DO NOT SEND ME A REQUEST FOR A REVISED DATE/TIME.
You are OPTIONAL, as in, come if you can but we are not stopping the meeting if you can't.
I wish meeting etiquette lessons came along with training on Outlook.

I have another!
I would like to punch our new HR system in the face for all their auto emails going to my spam filter, so that I did not see an offer was approved yesterday and have left a candidate hanging for two days AND risk her not being able to attend an offsite next month b/c of the required notice period between offer acceptance and said offsite.
