My nephew is pretty cool.
He ran a 5k this past weekend (it was a fundraiser for his school) and at the last moment my sister was not going to run, so he ran in her place. He is 9 and finished in 25:14. The funny part thing is, because he was using my sister's number he officially was the third woman to finish in the 35-40 age group, but unofficially, the second kid. Not bad for doing the race without any kind of training. 
And, I have stuff to do, but I'm not motivated to do it. Grocery shopping is at the top of the list, ugh.
