As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

brown sugar lumps
Hi
I made muffins last night using brown sugar. I noticed that brown sugar likes to clump into hard rocks. Any advice on how to soften the brown sugar before using?

Works like a charm. I use this for rock hard brown sugar and it's good to use within a day.

A damp paper towel will work as well.
Or, you can also use a terra cotta disc called a Brown Sugar Saver.
