I know LindsayB has mentioned doing it before. Anyone else ever tried? How does is rank in difficulty compared to a regular yoga class? Should I get back in the swing of regular yoga before trying hot? I seriously need to get my butt in gear and start working out again. My goal is to start with one class a week and go from there.
Im a little nervous about working out... I have been terrified of working out since my csecetion.. (yes.. I know it was a year and a half ago.. I like to think chasing a 16 month old around counts as exercize!) My first attempt at about 4 month after having Kyle was kinda painful on my stomach muscles where my incision was.
Ps.. I feel like I'm never around anymore and I miss you girls!!

The "yoga" part of hot yoga isn't any harder I don't think. Where I go there are different classes you can take that are all "hot" and some classes are harder than others. The hot-ness definitely takes some getting used to. I know that they said it takes most people at least a few classes before your body gets accustomed to it. I personally am not flexible at all so I like the heat because it helps me in that sense.
If you have done yoga before, I think you would be fine to try out hot. Give it a try and see what you think.
