the methodist church is having its big, international, denomination-wide, every-four-year conference this week. it's where church laws are made and changed. the (LARGE) group of methodists trying to get the church to come in to the 21st century on the issue of homosexuality put this at the entrance:

I would really love to be a part of your/your husband's congregation. I don't like churches here in FL b/c they're assholes but I miss going.
I love seeing things like this. It gives me hope.
