How many days should we spend at Niagara Falls and please recommend things to do, hotels, restaurants please!

I think 3-4 days is probably good.
Loved the Sterling Spa and Inn. . We loved our steam shower, spa treatments and breakfast in bed.
AG is a great restaurant.
Loved Niagara on the Lake and the drive there along the parkway stopping at winderies.
If you are visiting when it is warm, love Cave of the Winds and Maid of the Mist.
