I may lose my sh!t on a pregnant woman.
H's best friend and his wife are having a baby. They announced it on facebook during the car ride home from confirming the pregnancy at the doctor's office (so sidebar, that's how H found out that his very best friend, as in best men at each other's weddings, was going to be a father for the first time - bothered the hell out of me but H didn't seem to care). She's due at the end of November.
Every 2 days or so one of them posts an update about what they're eating with the note, "Pregnancy craving!" And today, she posted, "I got an ultrasound today and the baby waved at me!"
YOUR BABY IS THE SIZE OF A PISTACHIO OMFG.
Seven more months of this. And I have now hidden them from my facebook feed, but this week they are closing on a house around the corner from us. I mean about a 45 second walk. And we owe him so freaking much painting from when we bought our house so we're going to be over there all the time.
This is all really lovely and wondeful news and will be just peachy in the long run but oh sweet jesus it's annoying right now. Feel bad for me. Or tell me that my empty womb and I couldn't possibly understand.

Do you dislike her under normal circumstances?
Look at it this way, it's like the painting. Put up with her shiit now and when/if you get pg, you have a free pass to be as annoying as you want. Plus, she'll probably chill out eventually and realize how foolish she was and shell be really great full that you put up with her. Meanwhile, you can come here and make fun of her.

Oh man the actual painting is the least of my concerns, lol! We really could never possibly repay this guy for how amazingly and unselfishly helpful he was to us without us ever even asking.
H is infuriatingly "live and let live" about the wife who I do find grating most of the time. She's really very nice, but she behaves like a 9 year old and it drives me crazy.
