I went to urgent care for a mother effing

cold. I'm so farking annoyed with myself right now.
I haven't been sick in over a year. I woke up in the middle of the night with a splitting headache and my throat hurt so badly I could barely swallow. Went downhill all day - body aches, hot/cold flashes, no appetite.
Multiple coworkers have or have recently been dx with strep and mono, so I was being overly cautious, I guess.
Thank goodness it was free. Ugh. AND my h is oot, so I have no one to baby me.
