Where can I find a faux roman shade?

I'm looking for a faux roman shade for our nursery (faux because the real thing is pricey and I don't need it to be fuctional).  Anywhere you'd recommend?  Etsy sellers maybe?

I've actually seen on pinterest maybe, where people take a cheap miniblind, remove most of the blinds, except like 3 or 4, and use fabric and attach it somehow to make one. It's pretty neat!

Are you mounting it inside the window or using it above the window as a valance?

This is a new sew one using tension rods (!! BRILLIANT !!) and looks super easy to do
