So, family members are starting to call my H and ask him
what to get me as a graduation gift.
And then he asks me.
And I don't know wtf to tell them (these are close family members, who will get me something whether I want them to or not).
Flipping great wodges of cash would be quite useful, but I certainly can't/won't say that.
Re: So, family members are starting to call my H and ask him
you have him say it like dave chapelle:
"cash money, son!"
That WOULD make it more palatable. lol
You wouldn't get enough money to make it worth the loss of dignity l
Id ask for typical grad stuff. Fancy pen, leather binder, nice lab coat, ancy computer case.
the full arrested development series on dvd...oh wait.
How about just creating a wishlist on Amazon or something, and having your H refer them there? Or you can - I think - merge multiple wishlists with wishlist.com (or something...).
Congrats on your graduation!
HA!
I will die a thousand deaths from hilarity if you wrap that and give it to me as a gift. loloolll
I hope I didn't spoil the surprise!
Laptop sleeve!
Perfect.
That will be a good one for my aunt (who called this evening).
I'm just terrible at thinking of things like this.
you will get it back before you leave. trust.
Tell DH to say a card. Best case scenario it's scrapbooking material ~shudders~
Worst case scenario you get a gift card?
Soon to celebrate the day we met, even if the day before marks when we said goodbye.
This is what I was able to come up with:
- Laptop sleeve or other laptop accessories
- Checkpoint friendly laptop carry-on bag
- State Park annual pass
- National Park annual pass
- Nice wine glasses
That stuff ought to range in price from ~$20 to ~$100. That's seems reasonable, right?
