Pottery Barn - avoiding delivery surcharge?

Does anyone know if you still have to pay the delivery surcharge if you make the purchase in-store versus online?

If it is something that they normally have in stock in-store, they should waive the delivery charge.  If it is not available in stores, you probably have to pay it either way.

Thanks! It doesn't say "internet/catalog only" so maybe I'll be in luck. There are four pieces and it's adding $245 to the tab which I would love to not pay.

I think that they would only waive it if you were transporting the items on your own.  I am not sure though.

I meant to say - if they normally carry it in stores and it is out of stock, and you order it in store, they should waive the delivery charge.  If you just don't want to go pick it up, it's pretty unlikely.

If you know anyone who moved lately, I'd look for a coupon code.  I got the movers coupon and it saved me $100 on my order which helped off set the shipping
