WTF Wednesday
WTF is up with my boss. Stop sitting on emails and reviews! I swear why do I get stuck with bosses that have no time management skills? And it also seems to be a women vs. man thing around here.

WTF is with my coworker? She's been talking for months- almost a year now- about leaving and moving on to something that's a better fit. As a result she's shirking work and shoving her responsibilities on everyone else as part of the "transition." She has no new job lined up, she's not going anywhere. How our executive team is able to tolerate this is beyond me.
She needs to either *** or get off the pot. I'm so frustrated with this. She only wants to let go of the actual work, not taking credit for it at the end. She's still trying ot deliver the final product and make sure that she's seen being involved by our CEO. I just found out that a process I manage with zero involvement from her is on her performance appraisal for this year. Not cool at all.
I only have to stay here until October, that's when I hit my 5 year. I think at that point it will definitely be time to see what else is out there.
