grilling question

So due to poor time management I have obligated my oven for the next 3 hours while my Pavlova finishes up.  I was going to make this but I need to have dinner ready around 6:00 (so in like an hour and a half) because we're having people over.

I don't want to just put them on the grill because it seems like to me they kind of cook in the sauce, plus my grill hasn't been heating evenly. Can I put a metal baking dish on the grill and cook the chicken in that?  Any other suggestions?

Re: grilling question

  • I bet if you cook them in a pan it would take a little longer. I would just cook them directly on the grill, or if you really want too cook them in a pan just temp them with a meat thermometer to make sure they are done.

     Those look really good!
