  • I voted "No", but would like to caveat that I would say the same thing about a lot of US based news outlets.

    And that I would possible rank them above CNN, lol.

     

  • It depends on what they're reporting and subject matter.

  • I remember watching an Al Jazeera report on TV in Morocco last fall...the story they were reporting was about Theo Epstein leaving the Red Sox. 

    Which was true. 

    So, in that case, yes. Quite reputable.

  • Yes. From what I understand (ie. someone who does not regularly watch their coverage) they have some of the best coverage of the region. I don't have a sense of how accurate their US coverage. For stories about immigrants from the middle east to the US, they'd probably do a better job than most US news sources.

    When we want news out of the Middle East, it's our go to station.
