I voted "No", but would like to caveat that I would say the same thing about a lot of US based news outlets.
And that I would possible rank them above CNN, lol.
It depends on what they're reporting and subject matter.

I remember watching an Al Jazeera report on TV in Morocco last fall...the story they were reporting was about Theo Epstein leaving the Red Sox.
Which was true.
So, in that case, yes. Quite reputable.
It was used as a source on P&CE today, so I became curious.
