ulta returns?
Am I able to return a CHI straightener that I've already used a few times? I've used it a few times now and I'm not that happy with it. It gets the job done but it's basically the same as the $29 remington one I have that gets super hot to handle and does so-so with a one time pass.
I do need a new iron though and need recommendations. I've tried my SIL Chi before and I thought it was amazing. The one I want to return is the Ultra Chi thats was on sale for $99. TIA

I've returned a used flat-iron to ULTA before with no problems....but I had all of the packaging and the reciept.
As far as recos, I've never had any fancy pants flat irons....my SIL has a CHI I love. Mine are always cheap knock offs though. I have this one right now. Works well enough for my thin/fine hair.
