This is the worst work day I've had in a long time
I'm training on a new protocol. I'm exhausted because my neighbors kept me up all night with their music. The coworker who is training me is also tired, so she's making mistakes and then when I repeat her mistakes she's getting mad at me. People keep dropping of more work. The freezer that's supposed to be -80 C is -66 C and I don't know why and I can't make the alarm stop. Important things are in there. And then next hour and a half is the worst part of the whole day. 10 minute incubation, 5 minute incubation, 1 minute incubation. Repeat 5 times.
