I bought the Silver Birch (from Amazon for $34; prices flexes on there) for our Europe trip and wore them the majority of the trip.  For me, the birch was more neutral than the color you posted.  IDK, I'm not a fan of the grey and definitely not the black:

They were neutral enough to wear as flats, but so somfy they didn't kill my feet.  Now I'll probably just wear them for errands or commuting shoes

I've seen far worse shoes, but I wouldn't choose to get them.

I like them.  I have a Nike pair and I find them especially great for traveling (like pp mentioned), although I've found I tend not to wear this type of shoe much once I get home.

I don't like sneaker flats...I think you could find something cuter that's just as comfortable!

I think they are a really great version of a sneaker flat. I don't know that I would wear them as a fashion statement, but I babysit and would totally wear those to the park, on vacations, etc.
