Critic my eating habbits please
I just want to make sure I am doing things right.
So far today I had
B-1.5 cups of Special K with red berries with 1/3 cup of 2% milk
L- Left over Turkey sausage spinich pasta (whole wheat pasta 350calories a serving)
S- 1 ounce fat free vanilla yogart with fresh strawberries, cranberries, and almonds
I have had almost 2 17oz bottles of water.
Dinner will be more left over pasta, cause I am going to eat it till its gone, no reason to waste food right?
Re: Critic my eating habbits please
Unless they are cooked it is hard for me to eat them. Tonight after the pasta is gone I will be making Veggie Nachos (for tomorrow). Since its just me and my two youngins dinners stretch out for a few days.
I have zuccini(sp) and squash to cook up along with carrots (all fresh) for sides for other dinners.

agree with changing up the cereal. the best advice i got from this board was to give up the special k. i am a big cereal eater in the morning and switch around between the different high protein kashi varieties. its quick, easy, simple. every now and again i'll do veggie/egg combo, but leaving special k behind has helped me get rid of morning snacking.
GL!
I usually do a bagle thin (100 calories) with egg, blackforest ham, spinch, and light mayo. Sometimes oatmeal. Or an omlet, I was just running short on time. I will prob. have another snack later too.
Between everything I eat I come in around 1200 calories a day, which is always within my points for WW (I might have 5 or less left over)
Cereal for breakfast is a killer. You need protein.
Also..one ounce of yogurt? That's like one bite for me. Seriously. Honestly, I agree with Brit's suggestions and believe you aren't eating enough.
Yes,I'm smiling...I'm a marathoner!

I usally do have protien lol, today was just a day to hurry up and eat.
The yogurt was more or less like a topping for my fruit. Lots of strawberries, and cranberries. I am honeslty full.
My biggest problem is that it does not take much to fill me up, I fill overfull after eating.
if you are getting too full from one meal than maybe eat some more smaller meals.
I agree with everyon that you probably need to eat more food. 1200 cals? unless you are like 4'11" (not that there's anything wrong with that) that is probably not enough food. especially if you are doing any kind of physical activity.
are you on myfitnesspal? my sister and brother just peer pressured me into signing up for it for moral support or something. it doesn't give you enough calories at all. it's telling me my cal limit is 1250 cal/day. lolz MFP. lolz. the time is now 3:30 and according to MFP, I have 356 calories left for today. I'm ignoring it.
Because it was mostly fruit lol
Actually I think 1200-1400 is quite reasonable, assuming she doesn't work out at all.
By the way, on myfitnesspal you can manually set your calorie goals, so you might want to set it to something more reasonable that you can hit regularly. My base is set to 1400, but I usually burn another 400-800 exercising, giving me 1800-2200.
Eat your points!
Seriously, it's not good to consistently be under the points WW has given you, especially by that much. A decent WW leader would be telling you that.
And, I still say you need more veggies. That menu has, maybe 3 servings of fruit/veggies. Nowhere _near_ enough!
You need to eat more frequently. If I ate what you did today I would be starving! Look at it this way, when you're not eating frequently enough, your body tries to hold on to everything you put in it because it doesn't know when it's going to get fuel again. Thus, slowing your metabolism making it difficult to lose weight. When you eat small meals and snacks throughout the day it trains your body to constantly be burning those calories. Try to eat something every 2-3 hours. Hope this helps!
