Hi,
You guys are a pretty knowledgeable group. I'm in a bit of a workout rut. I did a 10 miler at the beginning of the month. I've got a few longer races scheduled for the fall but nothing else. There is 5K that I usually do toward the end of June. I know I can cover the distance but figured if I was trying to PR that might help me. What should I be doing to work toward that PR.
