Little to no meat eaters help please
I have recently discovered every time I eat meat like pork, beef, and even chicken I bloat and feel really bad after. I am a full blown meat eater but I'm tired of being miserable. Can you give me some recipes for little-no meat? TIA
Re: Little to no meat eaters help please
We.eat.meat. A lot.
Here's my favorite go-to blogs for recipes though and all have a Vegetarian category you can check out.

Some of my meals tend toward being a "meat as the side" type of thing.
Soups/stews can very easily be made low/no meat - use beans/lentils to replace the protein if you want it. Vegetarian chili with black or garbanzo beans is pretty tasty.
Stir fries with lots of veggies and only a bit of meat. Same with casseroles. Baked potato with veggie topping...
Look into Indian recipes - many are vegetarian and have lots of flavour.
I had a response but TN ate it...surprise surprise.
If you're having issues digesting meat I suggest you see someone about the problem. There could be other issues. I'm pretty sure having issues digesting meat is one of the signs of a gall bladder issue (at least that was what we were told when my husband's cousin had problems with hers). Are you sure you're just not making your portions too big, adding too much salt, or including a side that isn't agreeing with you? Those could all cause bloating as well.
I responded but I'm not seeing it so I'll repost. Hopefully it doesn't show up twice.
I eat meat but not often. I usually just take normal recipes and cut out the meat and add veggies or tofu. Here are a few of my favorites...
http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/rachael-ray/chipotle-cashew-chicken-with-brown-rice-recipe/index.html I leave out the chicken and add tofu but you could easily just add more veggies instead if you don't like the idea of tofu. It's spicy and so delicious.

http://www.thecleaneatingmama.com/2010/01/vegan-lentil-soup.html I'm obsessed with lentils so I love a good lentil soup.
One of my favorites, roasted pumpkin salad(I've also used acorn squash)
Butternut squash soup
Crockpot risotto. I add cooked squash (any variety) and my husband and his friend swore it was cheddar cheese because of how creamy it was. Super easy meal.
Although not vegetarian, the baked beans on that crockpot365 site have minimal meat (bacon) and are aaaamazing and husband-approved, as is the refried beans recipe. We also like lentil nachos...instead of ground beef, season lentils with taco seasoning.
The foundations of meat free meals in our house are usually some kind of a tortilla/burrito (add veggies and beans), lasagna (because that's really hard to mess up), and breakfast for dinner. The biggest struggle for me in choosing meat free meals (or minimal meat) is not going overboard on cheese. We're midwestern people, so it's a tough habit to break.
H is big on the meat, I'm not as much. We do a lot of baked sweet potatoes with a black bean salsa topping (black beans, lime juice, garlic, a pepper/tomato/onion if ya got it). Lentil tacos that pp mentioned are also amazing. Any quiche--throw in some veg and some cheese and call it good. How about seafood? We do a lot of shrimp stir fry, which can be done just as easily with brown rice and all veg or tofu. Let me see if I can find any actual links for you...
Portabella Pizzas, these look fun.
Everyone should make baked potatoes in the crock pot. Genius. Top with sauteed veggies and some cheese.
Zucchini Black Bean Skillet
Quiche, this one with crab but you can add whatever fillers you want, I just like it for the milk to egg ratio. If I'm feeling lazy, I'll buy frozen pie crust.
I do very little meat. These are a few of my favorites. I find if I make sure that E has something with meat in it every few days he cool with our mostly meat free diet.
This one has a little meat in it but its good. http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2011/03/sour-cream-noodle-bake/
These are wonderful. I love all the spinach! http://www.skinnytaste.com/2010/02/spinach-lasagna-rolls.html
This corn chowder has a tiny bit of bacon in it but you can omit it and use a bit of olive oil or butter to saute your veggies in instead of the bacon grease. http://lifeandtimesofmrss.blogspot.com/2010/01/corn-and-bacon-chowder.html
This is one of our go-tos in the spring and summer! I cook up a chicken breast for E if he is wanting meat. http://lifeandtimesofmrss.blogspot.com/2010/05/creamy-one-pot-pasta.html
These are super yummy!!!!! http://lifeandtimesofmrss.blogspot.com/2010/11/pumpkin-pancakes-with-cinnamon-brown.html
And because it rocks, my mac and cheese recipe. http://lifeandtimesofmrss.blogspot.com/2010/01/mac-and-cheese.html
My intro to lentils has been lentil soup and it was a revelation for me. Especially Garlic spinach lentil soup. So yummy!
But yeah, legumes in general, especially in combination with rice is a good well-rounded entree.
I also discovered that I can make a veggie sandwich with hummus that is super yummy.
