WFD?

H is working late so I ate like a 4-year old.

I had Trader Joe's chickenless nuggets and crackers with Laughing Cow sun dried tomato cheese.

I was skeptical about the nuggets as Adventures in Fake Meat gave them a big meh, but I thought they were tasty.

There might also be a glass of wine in my hand, too. So not entirely like a 4-year old.

herb crusted leg of lamb, roasted red potatoes, and leftover creamed spinach. h was in charge of dinner tonight knowing i have to lead a web conference in just a few minutes and the lamb is still on the green egg and potatoes just went in the oven. so i guess i will be eating when i'm finished at 10.

Independence Day here is pretty similar to the US, so tons of people grill.  It's all about the meat here, but I hung out with my meat-reductionist friend and we grilled peppers, onions, tofu, and potatoes.  I drank 2 Bacardi Breezers because I can't do beer any more  Then I ate cookies with Nutella in the middle.

I saw a dude use a garbage can as a base for his grill in the park today.  I wish I had a picture.

Of course u can do it without meat. It's the sauce that makes the dish. You could do veggies fajitas style or even tofu.
