In the NCIS set, where it takes 10 minutes to get from the Navy Yard to Quantico or Newport News or VA beach. (Which in reality, it takes an hour plus, and 3-4 hours, respectively.)
A more (less?) serious answer would be Harry Potter because I think it would be fun.

That was filmed in New Zealand and from the pictures I've seen - it's gorgeous there.

But to answer the question -- I would have to say London. But the London of Doctor Who so I could travel around in the TARDIS with the Doctor! Because I am obsessed.

Me too!! Part of me really wants it to be made into a movie because I think the visuals would be absolutely amazing. But, part of me is wary of it because if they didn't do a good job and the movie sucked I would be heartbroken.
