Re: Movies!

  • Possibly fameful:

I really want to see the lucky one.. I'm a sucker for those kinds of movies.

They do have a tendency to make me go home and bash on D for not being romantic enough Stick out tongue

This is also the same reason i stopped reading romance novels. He is greatful for this one.

Reality is, we both want to see this in the theater, but knowing we will buy it when it comes out, we won't Sad

  • I really want to Safe, but only because it is a new Jason Statham movie, and I know it will probably suck, so it will probably be a renter.

And The Avengers. Other than that, I am not really sure.

  • Moonrise Kingdom -- I love Wes Anderson.

    Dark Knight Rises

That's about all really. I go to the movies a few times a month, so I'll probably see a few others (The 5 Year Engagement, Dark Shadows, Men in Black 3), but I don't really have to see them. It's just something to do!

  • DH and I just saw Chimpanzee last night.

That makes 2 movies in theaters this year already, I think I've met my quota, lol

Okay, I may see Dark Knight Rises simply because I saw Dark Knight 3x in theaters...

I'm so disappointed at the Dark Shadows previews. It doesn't give the show any justice. Sad

  • American Reunion

    Think Like a Man

    Dark Shadows

    Wrath of the Titans

    The Avengers

    - but we usually just wait until they end up a Blockbuster and rent them. (yes, we still go to the actual Blockbuster store and rent because redbox has select movies and we may want to see something that is old)

  • The only one I can think of is the Hobbit coming out in the fall sometime.

For us as well. I listed all the movies I wanted to see, but chances are we will only go see Avengers.

  • The Hobbit!

Other than that, there are a few movies we will probably see in the theatre, like Dark Knight Rises, but The Hobbit is the only one I can think of that is opening day worthy. SO stoked for that movie.
