Tonight: on call for work (hoping for no calls as I would like to sleep through the night), work on small projects for baby's room, start working on thank you's for baby shower
Saturday: work until noon-ish, continue working on small projects for baby's room, hopefully go pick out tile for our master bathroom shower surround, start painting baby's room
Sunday: continue/finish working on small projects for baby's room, go to niece's dance recital, go out to eat with the family after recital, come back home and continue working on projects, house cleaning, laundry, etc.
Monday: day off of work!!! sleep in, hopefully prime a hutch for kitchen, finish any projects/chores started over the weekend
With being 33 weeks pregnant, this may be a little too ambitious, but I don't have a lot of time left and a long to-do list that I'd like to get done before baby gets here.
Re: What are your weekend plans?
Tonight: Put third layer of paint on family room moulding
Tomorrow: Hit up garage sales in the $$$ neighborhoods. Learn to use lawnmower and work on garden. Wait for exterminator to come take care of ant problem that previous owners left us.
Sunday: TBD.
Today, I'm hoping to leave work early and get some cleaning and work done on the house.
Tomorrow morning, a realtor is coming to look at our house at 9:30 a.m. (H is NEVER allowed to make appointments again. Ever.) and we're going to the spring football game for our favorite university, which means we have to leave at 11 a.m. to make it on time.
Sunday, I'll spend more time cleaning, purging and painting. No rest for me! We ordered our carpet last night and they pad is special order, so we've got to wait like 2 weeks for that to come in. That's one of the last big things on the list!
TTC Baby #2 - BFP on 12/14/11 @ 10DPO - CP confirmed 12/18/11

wallow in my misery.
it was a crappy, crappy week.
i want to go to bed and stay there until everything is better.
h's high school reunion is tomorrow night. i don't want to go. but i will anyway.
Tonight we have SIL's graduation dinner at 9:00 pm (um...what?). I have to work tomorrow, so I might go for a drink and dessert and then go home. It's been a long week and the last thing I feel like doing is going out to dinner late and hanging with my IL's. I think I might meet up with the H at a nice bar for a happy hour after work as we've already got a babysitter and relax a bit.
Tomorrow I have to work, no idea how long. Other than that no real plans. Maybe hang out with some friends.
Sunday, church and again, no real plans.
DH's brother came into town at the last minute.
Tonight: I have some work to do from home then cook dinner for H and his brother.
Tomorrow: More work from home. I'll do my best to avoid going camping with them :
Sunday: Hopefully church then some work from home.
(I really hate when he comes into town and he wants us all to change our schedules for him. Um, this is the ONLY weekend I have in a while to do any real gardening or pick out a dress for my brother's wedding and finish the last detail on the diaper cake.)
Tonight: Gym, dinner, movie (dinner and movie are both at home). We're going to try to be in bed by 10.
Tomorrow: Early morning spin class, afternoon Title22 class, evening ??
Sunday: Church, afternoon Title22 class, evening ??
This weekend feels like it is going to suck and it hasn't even started yet.
Tonight: write an offer with clients, niece's birthday party
Tomorrow: show houses, a few hours of computer work, finish off these &$&%^ plans so they can be bid next week. The devil's in the details.
Sunday: Play piano at church, get home at 12:15, collapse and take a nap.
Sat: Drive home from babysitting my two nephews for three days (3.5 hours) work at a college graduation (photography company) then meet with tenants to do a lease signing, drive to another tenants house and collect overdue rent, and then finally drive a hour home. Maybe convince H to take me out to dinner.
Sun: church, then starting to refinish a desk/side printer table, and painting two bookcases, laundry, clean house, etc. The real fun will be learning to use my new sander!
The Plan:
Saturday: Paint bathroom ceiling. Help FIL with some gardening. Paint my awesome $12 mirror. Buy paint for master bath. Tape off master bath.
Sunday: PAINT MASTER BATH!!!! YAAAAY!
Likely Reality:
Saturday: Bug DH for 4 hours to help paint ceiling. Give up and paint alone while he helps FIL. Help FIL. Have DH convince me to wait til next weekend to buy master bath paint.
Sunday: Paint mirror. Do laundry.
Tonight: drinking wine, watching a movie & nesting.
Tomorrow: landscaping, weed pulling, etc. we have to prepare for the "inquisition" which is actually our HOA esthetics committee. They do inspections starting May 1st. They are super strict, too. This is both good and bad. I love that our neighbors don't have cars parked in their front yard and such, but I hate actually having to make sure we don't have a single weed or blade of grass growing in the sidewalk cracks.
Sunday: replacing our landscape lighting, which had a run in with bad teenagers on Halloween night.
Last night, DH and I went out of Mexican and jumbo margarettas; it was a long week at work for both of us. Then we both passed out a little after 9. Honestly, this week was a killer.
Today, I slept until 10:30, which was so wonderful. I feel somewhat refreshed now. I'm spending time lounging around with my puppy until noon. Then I've got to clean up around the house and grade some biographies that my students wrote.
Tomorrow will consist of more grading and even more grading. I love teaching Language Arts, but whenever a big paper is due, my life is pretty much consumed by work.
