Talk to me about BB Creams

I've been meaning to try them, but I've been reading conflicting reviews about which one is the best. I have very pale, pink toned skin with a TON of freckles everywhere. It tends to be dry but will also break out if you look at it wrong. I would like something to even me out but without being a full on mask.

I really love the Garnier BB cream. I use it and once it's dry I put loose powder on. My skin looks even and nice without looking like I'm wearing make up. My husband even commented when I started wearing it about how nice and natural my skin looked.

I'm not a fan so far. I tried on two at Sephora so far and they started burning my skin instantly.

I love BB creams and have been using them for quite some time now. I will say, the Asian brands work much better for me and gives me much better coverage. Right now, I am using one by Too Faced, and although it's nice it doesn't give me as much coverage as the last one I was using. It feels light on my skin and looks natural though. I also have a friend who started using Garnier not too long ago and she loves it so far. She says it looks quite natural on her and the feeling is really light. 

 

ETA: It really just takes some time to find the right cream for your skin.

I really liked the Garnier one. I even raved about it on here. Then I noticed red, patchy skin around my nose and I started to break out.  This was a few weeks after I started using it. I stopped and everything cleared up. I liked it b/c it was so much easier, but I did get shiny quicker. I was okay with the shine, though, b/c it was fixed with some blotting papers.
