Another bullsh!t law suit...
Re: Another bullsh!t law suit...
I love the first few lines. You mean when I sit on my couch with a jar of Nutella and a spoon, it's not a healthy alternative to lunch?
Have you bought a jar of Nutella in the past four years? Were you under the impression, as you slathered the creamy hazlenut spread onto your crackers or scooped large spoonfuls of it from the jar directly into your mouth, that you were indulging a health food craving?
No, because I'm not a fcucking moron.
I saw this on the news this morning and just shook my head.
Seriously, people. Read labels before you buy something, don't just take some advertising at face value.
The amount of $$$ they awarded is just jaw dropping.
So, here is millions because you are an a$$hole. We keep rewarding people in thes country for being a$$holes and then we wonder why are school system is in the toilet.
One bajillion
to this. Yes. This is the problem - you're too stupid to read a label? Here, have a few million bucks. Ugh. I'm going to give myself a stroke from reading stuff like this. The stupidity of people in the world today is jaw dropping as well.
Well, crap, if this is all it takes to become a millionaire....
Wanders off to file lawsuit.
(ETA, yes I see most of it is going to people in $4 increments)
So...just enough money to buy another jar of Nutella then?
JFC! Nutella is not even close to a healthy food. It has chocolate in it, so first strike. Its essentially similar to peanut butter which has lots of protein yes, but also lots of fat.
People need to stop being disgustingly stupid. If you really don't know what to eat then waltz into your doctor's office & ask for a referral to a nutritionist.
Shyt.
