I want brownies so bad but I am too lazy to make them
Its been ages since I baked a batch of papie brownines.
UGH
If only I was not feeling so tired.
Re: I want brownies so bad but I am too lazy to make them
I've never found a recipe that comes close to the box mix (specifically the Hershey's ones they have at Sam's club).
What recipe do you use?
1. What are Papie browines?
2. Target makes a mean box brownie mix. For real. Well worth the $1.20, or whatever they charge.
I too am too lazy.
Hopefully tomorrow, snips invited my family to a BBQ and I want to make something.
I really want cocoa oaties. (Coconut + oatmeal chocolate macaroons), but all of the recipes I've seen are jacked. I don't want to use coconut oil and agave nectar FFS. I'm pretty sure they really don't effect any difference in nutrition of a fuckings cookie either.
All of that, plus I am supposed to be studying, so you know, I can't bake anything.
Yeah, what's a papie brownie?
Also, there should totally be a brownie delivery service.
I use a recipe out of this cookbook:

I think it's the fudge brownies recipe. I am seriously too lazy to get up and look. I am tired.
I am pretty sure papie brownies are these:

I have not made them, but they sound fantastic.
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 Tbs melted chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 X 8 baking pan with cooking spray
Mix sugar with melted butter. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Beat in cocoa, flour, salt and baking powder. Stir in melted chocolate chips. Spread batter in pan and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
::sigh::
yeah, those sound great!
I love that book! My mom has had it since I was in grade school.
These sound amazing!! Are they cakey or chewy?
I've had it since 1996 or 1997?
The things I've made from it have been easy to make and delicious.
The brownie one, I think its Big Fat Fudge Brownies has been the one I've made over and over again.
more chewy than cakey but a nice mix. Not fudgy. They are perfect warm with ice cream on top.
Mmmmmmmm
bangor big fat fudge brownies! Those are my mom's favourite. I love the blondies, but most of all the PB cupcakes. OMG>>>>>>>>>>>>>
