What to do with all these strawberries?
Took the kiddo's strawberry picking today and we have mounds of them. We're going to have some at DD's bday party on Sunday but what else should we make? I'm planning on ice cream. Not much in to jam/preserves so don't want to go that route. I know I can freeze them but would like to make some stuff also..........
TIA!

So many wonderful things and you can freeze them too! I've got a bunch of things cooked up for the next few days, although strawberries aren't in season locally here in Maine yet.
