School related WWYD - nothing from professor

I had an assignment due yesterday and before I can turn the second half in I have to get the first one back first (this is his policy).
I turned it in on Thursday. Since I didn't hear anything last night, I forwarded it to him again. Still nothing.
The second part is due tonight, but I still don't have the first part back.
WWYD?
I'm thinking I'll just turn the second part in, because I don't feel like I have much of a choice.
