Trying this recipe for the first time tonight
We had PF Chang's for dinner last night and I was disappointed that we didn't have any leftovers-- not to mention the closest PF Changs is over an hour away. So I'm trying this Mongolian Beef recipe tonight.

I made fondant and covered a cake in it for the first time tonight! So far, so good. I'm catering the BF's daughter's wedding in July and making the wedding cake, so I need to practice!
I'll be honest. It was good and everyone in my family enjoyed it. However, next time I will be using the wok rather than a skillet and I will definitely brown the meat a little more the first time. Also, the recipe is for 2 people and when I upped it to 6 servings it made WAYYY too much sauce.
(Doesn't taste exactly like PF Chang's either but it's a very good substitute.)
