Ha - of course it has some ridiculously corny name!

My mom made her bolognese over spaghetti squash once when I was visiting, and I loved it!  Spaghetti squash has been my favorite bolognese base since.

I'll be a dissenter and say that I actually like quite a few of her recipes. If you can get past the ridiculous names, some of her earlier recipes are simple and really good. The newer ones, I agree, are a bit over the top and obviously stretching to continue her empire, but some of the older ones are darn good.

She definitely has some good recipes. I think more people have issues with her personality/language (because there's no denying that she has her own vocabulary - stoup? sammie? pea-sto?) than her food.
