I tried the L'oreal one after some rave reviews and HATED it, bleck ick yuck, my hair was a big ol grease ball

I used WEN and liked it. I could not use it every day, but i ended up using it about 1-2 x per week and it worked best for me that way. I noticed after too many days my hair got really gunky
I have fine/thin hair though and it gets very oily. Plus i run every day and sweat like a beast so i have to wash my hair daily
