How about we scratch this 5k off the records mmmmmmmmmkay???

Yesterday I did a really hilly 34 mile bike ride, it was hard, really hard. Today I had a 5k and really wanted to Pr. But woke up with tired and sore legs. I ran the first mile in 8:30 (fast for me) felt ok, but got slower and slower and even stopped a few times because my legs would not go. I ended up with the worst 5k time I've had in a long time. All in all a good training run for knowing how to run on tired legs. Now I need a nap.
