RP: Thickening up a blue cheese sauce...HELP Please :)
Ugh. Reading fail. I am making buffalo chicken calzones for dinner with a blue cheese dipping sauce thing. The recipe is just Greek yogurt, blue cheese, S&P and green onions - all blended. Well, I didn't read it correctly and got regular plain yogurt instead of Greek. Yeah, the sauce is like water. It was also a little sweet so I added in some sour cream and got the taste good. I tried three teaspoons of cornstarch and it's not helping. At all. Any ideas to salvage dinner?

Try lining your strainer with a coffee filter or paper towel.
