I want to play with two toned hair. I'm looking for something like this (my hair cut is similar) only brown on top (my natural color) and red underneath. Please share a photo if you think you've seen what I'm describing

Re: two toned bob
I say go for it! I have my natural brown hair on top and brown on the bottom, and I love it! Because it's my natural hair color on bottom it's really low maintenance I don't have to touch up often for months.
I've also had red hair, and it may have been my favorite color, it's just very high maintenance. I recommend using a red protein filler. You'll have to touch up more often, but if you go to sallys and use ion brilliance hair color it's a lot cheaper.(I recommend ion brilliance, b/c it makes your hair feel so soft! Other dyes have made my hair feel like straw, but this one feels like I'm rinsing conditioner) I mixed two different reds to get what I wanted. I have oily hair, so I wash my roots everyday, but the rest of my hair every two days or so. (if that makes sense) I also deep condition twice a week with aussie 3 minute miracles, and it smells amazing! So far that's helped my hair color stay, and keep my hair healthy.
Finally, you don't have to be too precise when sectioning your hair because if there are a few mistakes it isn't obvious. I section a small top layer so it shows through well, and I leave a few pieces of my bangs down so it shows through there too.
Good luck! I hope this helps!
I think it would look really cute!
Something like this?
Here's one I found for inspiration:
There's been a few stylists at my salon who have had similar styles and colors, but none of them have landed on FB or the website.
Depends on your age and your career. I hate to say it, but around here, this is a look favored by teenagers pushing baby strollers.
I would be a laughing stock with this hair.
