What to do with Romaine besides salad?
Got a TON of Romaine in my CSA box this week, and BF is not a fan of salads. Any recommendations for something else to do with Romaine? He seemed ok with the idea of chicken ceasar salad wraps, so I'll probably do a couple of those, but I don't think they will use up enough lettuce! TIA!

You could do something like this. If you don't like lamb (gasp), beef or even a whole chicken would work.

Elly, that sounds yummy! Might have to try that.
Tacos are also a good idea--BF loves (Americanized) Mexican food.
Grilled salad sounds like another good option--he's always up for grilling new things. We just had lettuce wraps last week to use up last week's Bibb lettuce, though, so I think those are out!
We love to grill romaine. I cut it in half (leave the core in to hold it together), spray the cut side with EVOO, salt and pepper (sometimes garlic) and then grill on that side for just like 3 minutes, grill closed. Yum!
We usually put some grilled chicken on it with red grapes, a nice creamy parm ranch or similar, some shaved parm and pine nuts.
Now I want that for dinner.....but all we have is the cheese!
