Sunrise proposal
... did not happen 
as I suspected it would not!
But we had an awesome weekend away. I hadn't realized just HOW stressed and tense we both were. Being out of cell phone service range was amazing - he couldn't stress about work the whole time and check emails. Saturday night we just sat around the campfire cooking and drinking wine ... I could have stayed for a month.
How was everyone else's weekend?

My stomach totally just did the roller-coaster thing! And that's crazy because I am still looking through your FB pics and OBVIOUSLY if there was a sunrise proposal I'd think it would be on FB and also I'd like to think maybe you'd call/text me. But still, OMG I just flipped out for a hot second while the post was opening!
I'm glad you guys had fun!!! Pics look great and I was so excited to see you made it up to Cadillac for sunrise!

I worked all weekend, but it was a mix between the office and my home office. This hell should be over tomorrow morning though.

when I saw your post. I love your pictures! They are so beautiful! I love weekends/time away without technology.
My weekend was good - I enjoyed wine and all my favorite TV shows on Friday w/ a steak dinner (FI was out of town until Saturday night) and then we went and saw our favorite comedian peform Sat night. Yesterday we picked strawberries that we will use to make a strawberry wine - so excited about this. FI is really into the whole making wine thing lately and I love it. We're trying to find some way we can work this into an actual profession where we can make money. That would be awesome!

I had an awful weekend. On Friday night, our cat, Ethel, was attacked by two dogs running our neighborhood. The same dogs killed another cat and attacked a dog a couple streets over the same night. Ethel suffered serious head trauma and we had to have her put to sleep yesterday. I'm so upset and miss her so much and feel so guilty for not keeping her safe.

We saw a bunch of little wineries on the drive up/down but didn't stop in for a wine tasting. I'm not sure why, we really should have, lol.
