Please recommend your griddle

We got one for a wedding shower gift and it worked great when we had an electric stove.  It sat perfectly on the burners.  Now we have a gas stove and it wobbles all over the grates.  I would prefer a stove top one.  I use it only for making pancakes, so I don't need a grill pan also. I am not sure if I want a double burner griddle (which  is what I have now and like it) or if I should go with a one burner griddle pan. Pros and cons? Can you please recommend your griddle or another one that you think would be a good option?

Re: Please recommend your griddle

  • I have an electric griddle so probably not helpful, but I really like it. A pro is that I can take it on road trips and can cook just about anything on it even if we have a small-no kitchen wherever we are staying. The con, like every other appliance, is finding a place to store it.

The one I have is a few years old, but similar to this one

  • Thanks for the suggestion.  I agree, it is hard to find a place for everything in the kitchen.
