Going to start taking this personal...
My therapist broke up with me last week and today my trainer broke up with me.
My therapist said she really didn't think I needed therapy any more, but offered to refer me to someone else if I wanted to continue. I just don't feel like I can start from square 1 with someone new again. (I just started with her like 3 months ago after moving)
Now my trainer said he can't train me any more because of a change in his work schedule (he has another FT job during the day and does training PT at night). But it's coincidentally right after I've used all my sessions.
WTF? Why don't people want to help me??
Re: Going to start taking this personal...
I am sorry! But if I remember correctly, you were thinking about getting another therapist anyways, right? Maybe this is what you needed to do so.
Also, sorry about your trainer but he sounds pretty busy. Have you tried another trainer? Also, have you looked into crossfit? Its AMAZING and I lOVE it. One trainer with about 10 or less people. I have gotten amazing results from it and LOVE it! Plus I have new friends from it too!
I second CrossFit! I started it about a month ago and I LOVE it! I've also worked with a personal trainer in the past, and while CrossFit isn't one-on-one it's still very personalized. It's not cheap, but it's cheaper than a personal trainer.
Very true. I dont "need" one on one attention so this is perfect for me. Gets me to go bc I do pay $$ to them, and I like the small group atmosphere.
