Hello! My front door gets lots and lots of sunlight... it's great, but I really like patterned and colorful doormats, but they keep fading really really quickly! Anyone have this problem and recommend a door mat to try? I was thinking maybe one with a solid color wouldn't look as badly when faded, or I might be stuck with just the natural color. I really, really like the braided sailors knot looking mats and we live on the water so that would be perfect, but I'm not sure it would be worth the money if the mat just fades. TIA!
Re: the fading doormat
Honestly..I just wait until the end of the season and buy whatever is on clearance at Target.
I use them for the summer, then demote them to the barn. I toss them after that.
My front door faces south without shade...everything bakes out there so I give up!
