oops. No more radio for us.
So on the way home from preschool, the LMFAO song, "sexy and I know it" came on. Natalie has watched the Elmo version about 500 times, so I just started singing the Elmo words to it instead, thinking she'd just go along with it, since that's what she knew.
Well, she corrected me.
"No mommy, it's "I'm SEXY and I know it."
So I said, "well honey, those aren't nice words for little girls to say, so we sing the Elmo words instead."
Cue tears. "BUT THOSE AREN'T THE REAL WORDS! AND I'M NOT ALLOWED TO SAY THE REAL WORDS!"
Looks like it is obnoxious kid music from here on out for me. yay.

I do draw the line at poop jokes, though.
Um, have you heard that new Pitbull song? It says something about making love in the chorus.
Color me old, but it seems a bit much to be playing on the radio.
