Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

LOL....it is ok.
Just click on the link I gave to my myspace (www.myspace.com/lem101505) ...the page should come up at private (let me know if it doesn't! LOL) and under my picture there, you should see a box that has a few links in it....and one should be "add as a friend" or something like that....
just click that, and when i get home today, i will approve the friend request!
