Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Will cooking meatballs a second time after freezing make them more tender?
I made meatballs to freeze for DS' birthday party. I usually cook them for sveral hours in the sauce but just did them for 2 hours today so they would have a chance to cool before freezing. They were a little more firm than I like.
I plan on serving them in a crockpot- if I let them cook in there for several hours before the party will they be more tender?
