Just looking for opinions on this charcoal gray bedding[Poll]

I like the bedding a lot, but whether you should buy it or not would depend on what the room looks like and how much it is.

Depends on what your room looks like.  On the whole I think it's fine; NMS but I can appreciate the design.  I just tend to prefer more color.

Great point! We're building, so the room is completely empty. We have a simple dark wood bedroom set that would work with pretty much anything. I'm trying to pick a bedding set so I can pick paint. 

I basically have a blank slate, which makes it fun and difficult at the same time.

Ah, well then if you like it go for it!  With that bedding I automatically think of a soft blue or maybe a lavender (if your DH would go for it) wall color.  Not that you asked for suggestions!

I love the look, but make sure it's good quality to make sure it will hold up.

I love it but I'm also partial to that trellis pattern and to anything smokey gray and black...I would just need to add a bright accent color to kick it up.  Probably yellow in this case.
